You have to start all over, even with the written again.

You need to have your permit purchased prior to signing up with us. You MUST be able to back a trailer well (for Class A) You MUST be able to drive a Manual well, upshift and downshift or use our automatic truck for your test (automatic restriction but can be easily removed in future at any time)

FMCSA law change made on Feb 7th 2022 does not mandate any hours of training. However there is a set of topics set forth we must cover and go over with you. We can perform this training in one day. We usually meet at 8am and test around 2pm that same day.

You will start back on the backing maneuvers since already passed your pre-trip

If you use our truck and trailer you won’t get any restrictions unless you use our automatic then you will get the restriction where you can only drive an automatic truck

  • Purchase your permit (no additional testing is needed there)
    • Sign up with us to use our manual truck
    • We will make your appt with the Test Site to take just your driving-only portion without the trailer (Class A or B) Once you pass that then you go to the license office to purchase your license
    • Absolutely as long as you’re over age 21 and have no K restriction on your permit.
